IMPORTANT PROGRAM TERMS
A few simple rules
- Points become active after the applicable 14-day return window.
- Returned items reverse the points earned from that purchase.
- Points are earned on eligible merchandise — not taxes, shipping, gift cards, or excluded fees.
- Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
- Standard point redemptions may generally cover up to 20% of an eligible merchandise subtotal unless a Vault Unlock states otherwise.
- Rewards generally do not combine with negotiated B2B, private-label, reseller, or special group pricing unless stated.
- Free-product rewards and special unlocks are subject to availability.
- Program benefits, thresholds, and promotional multipliers may evolve over time.
