POLICIES
Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of vellorvault.com and purchases from Vellor Vault.
THE STORE
Online purchases
By placing an order, you agree that product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing error, suspected fraud, or inventory issues.
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Title and risk of loss pass according to carrier terms once the order ships.
PRODUCTS & SIZING
Fit, fabric & color
Vellor Vault garments are ready-to-ship formalwear. Please review our Size Guide before ordering. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear online; minor variation from photos is expected for woven fabrics and is not a defect.
RELATED POLICIES
Shipping, returns & privacy
Orders cannot be canceled after checkout because fulfillment begins immediately. Returns, exchanges, store credit, final sale, and pre-order rules are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy. Shipping details are summarized on Shipping & Returns. Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
SITE USE
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with store operations. All site content, product imagery, and branding remain the property of Vellor Vault or its licensors.
