Orders enter fulfillment immediately after checkout. Delivery timing varies by destination, carrier, and product availability. Tracking details are provided once your order ships.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable on returns.
RETURNS AT A GLANCE
Returns, exchanges & fees
- Returns & exchanges: within 14 calendar days of delivery
- Resolution: store credit only (not a cash or original-payment refund)
- Stocking fee: $5 per returned or exchanged item
- Return shipping: paid by the customer
- Store credit: valid for 6 months; no cash value
- Tags must remain attached; altered or worn items are not eligible
- Final Sale and pre-order merchandise are not eligible for return or exchange
